About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Estates Administrator to join our Property team at Poundstretcher. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play an important role in supporting our Estates team with the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, ensuring records are accurate, queries are handled efficiently, and our stores and stakeholders receive excellent support. From maintaining property records and processing invoices to liaising with landlords and supporting new store openings and closures, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate property records, including lease information, renewals, rent reviews and key estate data.
- Ensure all property documents and site records are kept up to date.
- Support responses to property queries from internal teams, stores, landlords and external partners.
- Assist with lease-related enquiries and property administration tasks.
- Support rent, service charge, rates and insurance payment processes.
- Help with invoice checking and processing, working closely with the Finance team.
- Work with teams across the business, including Retail, Finance, Marketing, HR and IT, to support property activities.
- Maintain internal updates and reports relating to estates activity.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc property projects.
- Support the onboarding of new sites and closure of stores, ensuring records remain accurate.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Has strong administration and document management skills.
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders.
- Is adaptable, proactive and keen to learn new systems and processes.
- Has previous administration experience (essential).
- Experience within property, estates or a similar environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
