Key Holder 16 hrs

We are currently looking to recruit a part-time Key Holder working 16 hours per week, with overtime when needed. Reporting directly to the Store and Deputy Manager, you will have the autonomy to contribute to the store\’s success. We seek a driven and hard-working individual with experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. Experience in discount retail is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers
2. Review sales performance and implement measures to drive sales
3. Achieve KPIs and profitability targets
4. Recruit, manage, and motivate staff to meet store objectives
5. Ensure all company standards are upheld
6. Maintain health and safety standards for the store and colleagues
