As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking a Property Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering new stores, refits, and rebrands across our nationwide portfolio. This is an opportunity to turn strategic vision into physical spaces that millions of customers enjoy every week.

Your Mission
To bring the Poundstretcher brand to life across new and existing stores, delivering high‑quality retail environments that balance creativity, value, and operational practicality. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and on brand .
What You’ll Own & Drive
Lead New Store Openings
Manage the full project lifecycle, including site feasibility, design coordination, procurement, build, fit‑out, and handover.
Deliver seamless, high‑impact store openings that support our ambitious expansion plans.
Elevate Existing Spaces
Oversee store refits, rebrands, and remodels across the existing estate.
Minimise operational disruption while maximising customer experience and commercial performance.
Collaborate to Create Impact
Work closely with Design, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Facilities, and Operations teams.
Ensure consistency of brand standards and execution across all locations.
Manage Multiple Projects at Pace
Control budgets, programmes, contractors, and stakeholders across a varied project portfolio.
Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward with confidence.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in retail project management with a track record of delivering multi‑site projects.
Strong understanding of construction, fit‑out processes, and design coordination.
Outstanding organisational and project management skills‑able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Passion for design, innovation, and creating memorable retail experiences.
Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide.
Proficiency in CAD or experience working closely with CAD drawings. (Desirable)
