Poundstretcher in Cleethorpes is seeking a part-time Key Holder to fit your schedule. You will work 4 hours a week with overtime when needed, and support the store team to deliver excellent service and operational excellence.
You’ll work directly with the Store and Deputy Managers, lead by example, and help maintain high standards, drive KPI performance, and assist with recruiting and motivating the team while ensuring health and safety across the store.
