Kingdom Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our valued partner, Poundstretcher, for a Retail Security Officer to join the team at Poundstretcher, 34 Gold Street, Northampton, NN1 1RS., As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.
Your duties will include
- Providing a visible security presence within the store.
- Conducting regular store patrols.
- Monitoring and reporting incidents.
- Completing Incident Reports and Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries.
- Preventing theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour.
- Carrying out surveillance around the store.
- Supporting store management and staff.
- Building positive relationships with customers, tenants, and visitors.
- Resolving issues and conflict in a calm and professional manner.
- Ensuring all security procedures are followed.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
If you hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence, have excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a permanent role with a reputable security provider, we’d love to hear from you., A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
