About The Role
We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team at the Customer Support Centre in Walsall.

Salary: £25,656 plus benefits.
Contract type: Full Time.
Working pattern: Permanent.
Hours: 40.0 per week.
After a probationary period, you may work from home one day per week.

Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Reconciling invoices to booking sheets and liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Resolving supplier queries and invoice issues.
- Issuing debit notes where required and following them through to resolution.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Ensuring overdue accounts are addressed and resolved promptly.
Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 12 months experience in an accounts payable role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience using a finance system; working knowledge of Oracle highly desirable.
- Detailed understanding of accounts payable processes and controls.
- Strong Excel skills.
