We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our busy People Administration team. Based from our Customer Support Centre in Walsall, we offer flexibility to work on a hybrid basis after training. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
As a People Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR operations by providing HR administrative assistance across Retail, Customer Support Centre, and Distribution Centre teams. This will involve:
- Processing new starter paperwork
- Updating colleague details
- Conducting Right to Work checks
- Handling bonus and pay review documentation

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating the HR system with information on new or existing colleagues
- Assisting with the review and development of HR admin processes
- Administering HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, right-to-work letters, bonus/pay review letters and processing of new starter paperwork.
- Ensuring all right-to-work documents are verified and compliant.
- Producing and processing addendum to contracts and change of details letters for monthly paid promotions and transfers.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience working in an HR admin role is desirable.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of HR legislation and best practice is desirable.
