After a very successful start, our clothing brand PEP&CO is expanding, providing affordable fashion to families in communities where Poundland & Dealz stores operate. We call it a “shop within a shop,” a distinct PEP&CO area selling clothes including children’s, women’s, and men’s lines.
We\’re looking for someone to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the clothing range is merchandised and replenished efficiently. Every day, the store will look fantastic!
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
- Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
- Live the company values, focusing on individual responsibility and team delivery.
- Implement store changes and promotions accurately and promptly.
Flexibility in working hours is essential; shifts may be required.

Using your initiative daily to keep the store looking great, receiving deliveries efficiently, and ensuring proper merchandising is key.
