After a very successful start, our clothing brand PEP&CO is expanding, providing affordable fashion to families in communities where Poundland & Dealz stores operate. We call it a “shop within a shop”; a dedicated PEP&CO area selling clothes including children’s, women’s, and men’s lines.

We are looking for someone to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the clothing range is merchandised and replenished efficiently, keeping the store looking fantastic every day!

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
• Work with the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
• Embody the company values, focusing on individual responsibility and team success.
• Implement store changes and promotions accurately and promptly.

You should be flexible with your working hours, as shifts may be required.

ABOUT YOU

You should have a passion for fashion, with retail experience in fashion or clothing being a bonus. An interest in working in a fast-paced store environment like ours is essential. You should be proactive, customer-focused, and aligned with our values of putting customers first.

You will need to use your initiative daily to keep the store looking great, manage deliveries efficiently, and ensure proper merchandising.
