Our Sales Assistants always put our customers first by greeting and assisting them, providing the best in-town service with a smile, and helping to maintain excellent store standards. You will make our store environment welcoming and deliver the best service and experience to our customers.
This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Assistant you will:
- Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
- Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
- Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment
- Live the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals
- Handle cash and operate the till accurately
- Promote store changes and promotions in a timely and precise manner
You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
