We are looking for a proactive and organised Reward Coordinator to join our People Team at Poundland & Dealz. You'll support the Reward Manager and take ownership of a variety of tasks including managing colleague benefits and coordinating loyal service awards. You'll be the go-to person for all things Reward admin – from inbox management to keeping our systems updated and supporting a range of Reward projects with scope to learn and grow. This role is key to ensuring our colleagues are recognised, supported, and set up for success. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Customer Support Centre in Walsall.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate Loyal Service Award events and communications for service milestones.
  • Manage the Reward inbox, responding promptly to queries.
  • Oversee the Colleague Discount portal, handling queries and promoting the benefit.
  • Complete regular Reward admin tasks and maintain relevant systems.
  • Support Reward-related projects as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software (e.g. Resource Link, Manage Engine) is a plus.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle queries efficiently and work independently.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
