We have an exciting job share opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our busy People Administration team. This role involves working 19 hours across 2.5 days per week in a collaborative job-share arrangement.

The role will be based in our Customer Support Centre, so being within commuting distance of Walsall is essential.

As a People Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR operations by providing administrative assistance across Retail, Customer Support Centre, and Distribution Centre teams.

Reporting to the HR Admin Team Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with your job-share partner to deliver seamless HR Administration support. This will involve processing new starter paperwork, updating colleague details, conducting Right to Work checks, and handling bonus and pay review documentation.

In a varied role with no two days being the same, you will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising your workload, working as a team and autonomously when required.

  • Assisting with the review and development of HR admin processes

  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, right-to-work letters, bonus/pay review letters and processing of new starter paperwork.
