Your Impact and Responsibilities… Processing payroll for a large, multi-site organisation (UK & Ireland), covering over 17,000 colleagues across various pay frequencies. Support diverse payroll processes across retail, distribution centres, and our Customer Support Centre. Input and maintain accurate payroll data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with deadlines. Resolve colleague queries promptly and efficiently, collaborating with line managers for timely resolutions. Handling a range of payroll matters including statutory payments, absence, and auto-enrolment. Supporting continuous improvements to simplify processes and enhance service delivery. Skills and Knowledge… At least 2 years of experience managing payroll for 3,000+ employees. Skilled in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas). Experience with ResourceLink or a similar HRIS/payroll system is desirable. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
