In this role you\’ll support financial performance and strategy across our core functions including Supply Chain, Distribution, Trading, Retail, and Transformation being a critical partner to our leaders. Your Impact and Responsibilities…
As our Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with our leaders.
- Provide financial insight to optimise performance, manage risks, and support strategic objectives.
- Challenge assumptions and ensure financial rigour in key decisions.
- Drive improvements in reporting and forecasting, shifting focus from data gathering to actionable insight.
- Partner with teams to assess and refine performance metrics.
- Translate complex financial data into clear insight for non-financial stakeholders.
Skills and Knowledge…
We\’re looking for someone with:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and strong post-qualification experience.
- Proven success in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance, ideally in retail or FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data into strategic insight.
- Confident communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities.
- Commercial curiosity and a passion for making a measurable impact on business performance.
