Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service consistently to the highest of standards, ensuring “two is a queue” is respected at all times.
  • Greet customers, assist them, and manage check‑outs while maintaining a customer‑first mindset.
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment for the team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to support the team and help drive day‑to‑day operations.
  • Lead the induction of new colleagues and coordinate ongoing training and development through on‑the‑job coaching.
  • Conduct daily huddles to communicate and achieve commercial objectives, including sales, service, and shrink.
  • Oversee the pricing, merchandising and maintenance of all products to keep the store running smoothly.
