- Buying Assistant with us, you’ll be aligned to our
Essentials clothing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop knowledge our men’s, women’s and children’s clothing offering across our nightwear, underwear, socks & hosiery, swimwear and seasonal ranges.
Your day to day will involve
- Assisting with competitor shopping reports, including website reviews, store visits and analysing promotional activity to see our missed opportunities.
- Supporting the organisation of product samples, you could be part of bringing in the next viral product.
- Being a key support as part of the range build process.
- Taking ownership of spreadsheets, data is key in buying, along with category admin tasks, including the essential critical path for category products.
- Arranging supplier meetings and attending where needed.
We are looking for a Buying Assistant with experience in Retail Clothing Buying or a recent Graduate in a Fashion-related degree who is ambitious to develop a career in buying.
You will have attention to detail that is on point, with strong excel and analytical skills. You will be creative with a passion for fashion and identifying trends.
Aside from skills, your approach is essential; a natural team player, who thrives off being around a bustling workplace environment and is at ease building relationships.
Positive, determined, with competitive mindset will be vital to success in the role.
