Join us here at Poundland & Dealz as a Procurement Manager, based at our Customer Service Centre in Walsall and offering flexibility to work from home one day per week. The role will require regular travel to our Distribution Centres, Stores and to suppliers. This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager to build and lead a procurement function to manage GNFR expenditure across the organisation.

With autonomy and trust to make an impact from day one, you’ll be responsible for developing procurement strategies and reviewing procurement processes. You’ll partner with stakeholders at all levels across the business to support commercial negotiations, contract renewals and supplier performance management.

We are looking for a Procurement professional with strong experience of developing procurement processes, driving procurement strategies and who is able to demonstrate expertise in managing GNFR and indirect spend across a large and multi-sited organisation. Superb negotiation, influencing and supplier management skills are vital to success. Excellent stakeholder management skills including at executive leadership level is essential.
