POUNDLAND LIMITED is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People team at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall. This role works on a hybrid basis, providing expert HR advice to our stores on policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will manage a high-volume employee relations caseload as well as produce documentation to a high standard. Strong experience in employee relations is required, along with excellent communication skills.
