About The Role

Warehouse Operative and you’ll be a key part of keeping our business moving; making sure stock is received, handled, and dispatched correctly and on time.
You’ll work as part of a fast-paced and supportive team, getting involved in all areas of the warehouse, from goods in and stock checking to picking, loading, and dispatch.
Every day is different, and your role will be vital in ensuring our stores are fully stocked and ready for customers.
Working safely and efficiently will be at the heart of what you do.
You’ll help maintain high standards across the warehouse, making sure stock is handled correctly, processes are followed, and everything runs smoothly.
A positive, reliable, and team focused approach is key in this role.
You’ll be someone who enjoys getting on stuck in, takes pride in doing the job right, and can work both by yourself and as part of a team in a busy centre.
Previous warehouse or MHE experience is helpful, but not essential.
If you’re willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and guidance to help you succeed.
