Team Leader and play a key role in supporting the Store and Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for customers every day.
You’ll help create a friendly, welcoming store where customers receive great service and colleagues feel supported on the shop floor to do their best work.
From managing deliveries and merchandising to supporting daily operations, you’ll keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse – right at the heart of the action.
In a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll motivate the team, support store performance, and help ensure everything runs efficiently day to day.
A positive, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills are essential.
You’ll be confident leading by example, supporting colleagues to develop, and keeping the team focused on delivering great results.
Retail experience is needed and some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.
Most importantly we’re looking for someone with energy, organisation, and a passion for people and customer service.
