Assistant Store Manager and play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver amazing service and outstanding store standards every day.
Your responsibilities include driving performance, hitting targets, managing customer service, team coaching, stock management, operational excellence, and loss prevention.
You'll be at the heart of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues and customers alike.
A confident, people‑focused approach is essential.
You'll inspire your team, develop future succession, and lead by example, while keeping an eye on sales, performance, and day‑to‑day operations of a busy retail store.
Previous retail experience and essential people leadership skills are required, as well as strong organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑moving environment.
