Join us here at Poundland & Dealz as an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst, based at our support office in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage in our journey. As we continue to evolve our clothing business and build a more centralised approach to stock allocation and replenishment, this is a brand new role focused on driving greater consistency, availability and efficiency across our store estate.
Working as part of our Branch Merchandising team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, helping us maximise sales opportunities, improve stock flow and deliver the best possible experience for our customers. With autonomy and trust to make an impact from day one, you'll take ownership of allocation and replenishment activities across our clothing categories, creating initial allocations, managing replenishment processes and reacting quickly to trading performance to optimise stock availability.
You'll analyse sales, stock and store performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, translating insights into actions that improve sell-through and reduce overstocks, understocks and missed sales opportunities. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about product. Whether you've gained experience in allocation, merchandising, supply chain or a stock focused analytical role, you'll bring strong numerical skills, confidence working with data and the ability to turn insight into action.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy working at pace, taking ownership and being part of a team that is helping shape the future of our growing clothing business. Please note that this role involves working on a hybrid basis of a minimum 3 days in the office.
