Join us here at Poundland as a Team Leader and you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store and Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for our customers every day.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store and Assistant Manager in leading the team.
- Motivate the team, support store performance, and help ensure everything runs efficiently day to day.
- Manage deliveries, merchandising, and daily operations.
- Keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
- Support the development of colleagues and keep the team focused on delivering great results.
Qualifications
- Retail experience required.
- Some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.
- Strong teamwork skills, a positive proactive approach, energy and organization.
- Passion for people and customer service.
- Willingness to engage in training and development opportunities.
