Our Supervisors play a vital role in our store management team by supporting Store and Assistant Managers with daily operations, supervising store processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. A typical day for our Supervisors includes opening or closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and maintaining high store standards—all while ensuring a welcoming environment and a positive shopping experience.
