Our Supervisors are key members of our store management team, supporting Store and Assistant Managers by supervising store processes and procedures daily. A typical day for our Supervisors might include:
- Opening or closing the store
- Managing shifts
- Delegating tasks
- Coaching colleagues
- Ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining a fun environment
