Join us at Dealz as a Store Manager and you’ll lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver fantastic store standards and amazing service for our customers every day. You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring a smooth operation. From leading your team and developing colleagues to overseeing stock control and customer experience, you’ll be at the heart of a busy and fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities

- You’ll lead by example, ensuring store policies and procedures are followed while building a strong, positive team culture where everyone can succeed.
