This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
- Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
- Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
- Maintain product availability and replenish stock as directed
- Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment
- Live the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals
- Handle cash and operate tills accurately
- Implement store changes and promotions promptly and precisely
You need to be flexible with your working hours, as shifts may be required.
