Join us here at Poundland & Dealz as a Procurement Manager, based at our Customer Service Centre in Walsall, offering flexibility to work from home one day per week.

The role will require regular travel to our Distribution Centres, Stores, and to suppliers.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to build and lead a procurement function to manage GNFR expenditure across the organisation.

With autonomy and trust to make an impact from day one, you’ll be responsible for developing procurement strategies and reviewing procurement processes.

You’ll partner with stakeholders at all levels across the business to support commercial negotiations, contract renewals and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop procurement strategies and review procurement processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels across the business to support commercial negotiations, contract renewals and supplier performance management.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience of developing procurement processes and driving procurement strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing GNFR and indirect spend across a large and multi‑sited organisation.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and supplier management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level engagement.
