Poundland & Dealz’s Supervisions provide day‑to‑day support to Store and Assistant Managers, overseeing store processes and procedures. A typical day may involve opening or closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and ensuring the best possible service to customers.
