About the Role

Assistant Store Manager – a pivotal link between the Store Manager and the store team, shaping customer and team experiences in the community.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and merchandising on and off plan.
• Lead daily huddles to communicate commercial objectives.
• Ensure products are priced, merchandised and maintained.
• Manage new colleague inductions and coaching.
• Provide a safe environment and enforce policies.
• Implement initiatives like ‘two is a queue’ for customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in retail leadership, strong customer service skills, and ability to manage a team and commercial objectives.

Salary & Benefits
