About The Role
Join us here at Poundland & Dealz as an External Crime Support Partner, based at our Walsall Customer Support Centre 5 days per week.
In this role, you'll support our stores when external crime occurs, acting as the link between our store teams, law enforcement and internal stakeholders. From reviewing CCTV and preparing evidence to supporting investigations and identifying repeat offenders, you'll play a key role in helping protect our colleagues, customers and business.
Working closely with the Investigations Manager and wider Profit Protection team, you'll manage requests from stores and the Police, ensure evidence is handled correctly and support successful prosecutions. You'll also work with Facilities and store teams to help maintain CCTV standards and identify opportunities to improve security across our estate.
We're looking for someone with experience in retail security, investigations or profit protection who is confident managing sensitive information and building relationships with internal and external partners. Experience working with CCTV systems and law enforcement would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude who is keen to develop.
