Flexible shift patterns are required and you may be called upon to work a range of shifts.
As a Supervisor, you play an active part in the store management team, supporting Store and Assistant Managers and overseeing day‑to‑day store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the best experience for our customers
- Train, support and develop colleagues
- Drive your individual development
- Monitor store standards and availability levels
- Deal with deliveries
- Adhere to cash handling and security procedures
- Communicate within the store at all levels
- Plan and organise yourself and others
Additional responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and creating a welcoming store environment that builds a culture of trust and respect.
