About the Role
Join Dealz as an Assistant Store Manager and support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service and store standards every day. You will drive performance, hit targets, and ensure smooth operations across customer service, team coaching, stock management, operational excellence, and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance and meet sales targets.
- Motivate and coach store staff, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
- Manage stock, oversee loss prevention, and maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Develop team members for future succession and leadership roles.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail experience.
