About the Role
Join us at Poundland & Dealz as an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst based at our support office in Watford. This new role focuses on driving greater consistency, availability and efficiency across our store estate by ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. As part of the Branch Merchandising team, you will take ownership of allocation and replenishment activities across our clothing categories. You will create initial allocations, manage replenishment processes and react quickly to trading performance to optimise stock availability. You will analyse sales, stock and store performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, translating insights into actions that improve sell‑through and reduce overstocks, understocks and missed sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage stock allocations for clothing categories.
- Monitor and adjust allocations based on sales and performance data.
- Coordinate replenishment workflows and liaise with store and supply‑chain teams.
- Identify and analyse trends, risks and opportunities to optimise inventory levels.
- Work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days in the office each week.
Qualifications
You are naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about product. You may have experience in allocation, merchandising, supply chain or a stock‑focused analytical role. You bring strong numerical skills, confidence working with data and the ability to translate insight into action.
