Duties

  • Supervising and guiding a team of store associates to meet daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Training and developing team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Creating and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain store cleanliness and safety
  • Assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Communicating regularly with store management to provide updates on team performance and store operations

To be successful in this role, you should have previous retail management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of store operations. A passion for customer service and the ability to motivate and inspire team members are also essential qualities for this position.
