S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands, with plans to expand further. We provide customers with fast‑paced service in many high‑street locations, offering a range of tasty quality products including sandwiches, savory snacks and cakes at excellent value prices. We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
- Driving sales growth.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Training, developing and motivating the team.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all objectives.
Applicants should have a background in retail management and ideally experience working within a food environment, though this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can do” mentality are required.
