S&PB Retail Ltd have over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands, with plans to expand even further! We provide our customers with a fast‑paced service at many high street locations, offering quality sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices. We are now looking for a Shop Manager to join our Wakefield Poundbakery shop.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
- Driving sales growth.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Training, developing and motivating your team.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
Qualifications:
You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, though this is not essential. You must have a strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can‑do” mentality.
