Job Summary
We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to join S&PB Retail Ltd’s teams operating across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands areas.
Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
- Driving sales growth.
- Training, developing and motivating your team.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.
Qualifications
Strong work ethic, hands‑on “can‑do” mentality, background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment.
