S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans to expand further! We provide our customers with a fast-paced service in high street locations, offering great tasting, quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.
We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day shop operations.
- Driving sales growth.
- Training, developing, and motivating your team.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve these goals.
You should have a background in retail management, preferably within a food environment, though this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can do" attitude are important.
