21.5 hours per week, over 3 days / £12.71 per hour

Position

Shop Supervisor – Join our team.

Responsibilities

• Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Training, developing and motivating your team.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.

Qualifications

You will need to have a background in retail management, and ideally experience within a food environment – although this is not essential. Demonstrated strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can‑do” mentality are required.
