S&PB Retail Ltd has more than 120 shops in the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans to expand further. We provide our customers with fast‑paced service in high street locations, offering sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value.
We are looking for a Multi‑Site Shop Manager to support the management of shops in Liverpool and surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day shop operations
- Drive sales growth
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Train, develop and motivate your team
- Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
Qualifications:
- Background in retail management (experience in food environment preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic
- Hands‑on “can do” mentality
Working Hours & Schedule:
Typical hours: 7:45 am to 5:15 pm. Usually do not work Sundays. Role is 5 days out of 7 days.
