We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to join S&PB Retail Ltd's teams operating across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands areas.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day shop operations.
- Driving sales growth.
- Training, developing and motivating your team.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, hands-on "can-do" mentality, background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment.
