Poundbakery and Sayers is part of S&PB Retail Ltd and has over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand even further! We provide our customers with a quality take‑away food service in many high‑street locations with great tasting products including sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices.
We are now looking for a Junior Shop Manager to join our team and support/manage our Mold Poundbakery shop.
Responsibilities- Managing day‑to‑day shop operations
- Driving sales growth
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Training, developing and motivating your team
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
- Background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment
- Strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can do” mentality
- Must have a valid driving licence
