The opportunity
Take full responsibility for all aspects of broiler production, from chick placement to clear, ensuring excellent bird health, welfare and operational efficiency.
You will lead and support the farm team, manage resources and systems, and maintain the highest standards of biosecurity, safety and compliance.

About you
An experienced poultry professional with a proven track record of managing sizeable broiler operations.
You will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and confidence using computer-based control systems such as Hotraco or similar.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and record-keeping skills are essential.
