Noble Foods is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager at Hilltop Farm to support the daily operation of its poultry rearing farm for laying birds.

The role supports the Farm Manager in maintaining bird health, welfare, productivity and biosecurity, and provides day-to-day guidance to farm staff without direct line-management responsibility.

Responsibilities include monitoring flock health, behaviour, uniformity and performance; supporting feeding, watering, lighting, ventilation and space requirements; assisting with vaccination, medication and health monitoring; maintaining biosecurity and hygiene standards; helping prepare pullets for transfer; checking and maintaining farm equipment; monitoring feed, litter and environmental controls; and keeping accurate flock, stock and operational records.

Candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and reporting skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of poultry husbandry, nutrition, ventilation, disease management, biosecurity and animal welfare.
