Potts Print UK is a high-quality print manufacturer based in Cramlington, Northumberland. We are the largest privately-owned printing company in the North of England. Potts’ Sales Division is looking for a Sales Executive to join our ever-expanding and experienced team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday, from our HQ site in Cramlington, Northumberland. Please note that this is an onsite role and we will not be considering this as hybrid working.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of clients—both new and existing. Your primary focus will be on generating new business and growing organic accounts through strategic engagement, solution-based selling, and consistent relationship management.
Working closely with the Sales Director and the wider commercial team, you will:
- Develop tailored strategies to acquire and grow client accounts.
- Drive new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline with regular reporting and forecasting.
