We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our housekeeping team, ensuring that every corner of our resort is spotless, comfortable, and inviting for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout our accommodations, ensuring that each guest enjoys a refreshing and memorable stay.
For a housekeeper at Potters Resorts, key responsibilities would typically include:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms
- Providing excellent customer service by attending to any guest needs, such as providing extra linens or responding to special requests.
- Upholding safety and hygiene standards by ensuring that cleaning practices meet health and safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Managing inventory by keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting when restocking is necessary.
- Adhering to company policies.

Due to our rural location, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport as it is not possible to reach us using public transport.

Understanding the use of chemicals safely and effectively. Teamwork: Ability to work well with other staff members, as housekeeping often works in teams to ensure the resort runs smoothly.
