About the role of Trainee Manager; As a Trainee Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience across our core operational departments, offering you a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day workings of our business. You’ll begin your journey at Team Member level, developing in-depth knowledge in key areas such as the kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping, bar, reception, and retail. As you progress, you’ll be introduced to supervisory responsibilities and the management functions within each department. Throughout an 18-month period, you’ll be guided by a dedicated Mentor who will work with you to create a personalised development plan. This support is designed to help you achieve your career goals and potentially fast-track your progression into a Supervisory role—and beyond.

- Restaurant
- Kitchen
- Reception
- Bars
- Housekeeping
- Retail

- Efficient and hard working with a ‘can do’ attitude

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays. Shift patterns will vary within each department but you will need to be willing to work shifts sometimes starting as early as 6am and some that will finish at 2.30am.
Pay: £12.96 per hour
