About the role:

  • Being the first point of contact for our team and guests, dealing with emergency situations promptly and efficiently, from suspicious activity, first aid situations, and any rare occasions of dealing with confrontation.
  • Ensuring that the guests, team and Resort are safe and secure at all times.
  • Welcoming Guests to the Atlas Theatre, and checking Resort passes.
  • Providing amazing customer service to all of our guests.
  • Carrying out regular foot patrols of the resort, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, team and guests.
  • Having a strong Resort knowledge.

Skills & Experience:

  • For this role, you must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Proven experience of working within a similar role.
  • The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with our guests.
  • Computer literate.
  • A full clean Driving Licence would be desirable.
  • First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable but not essential as training will be given).

Hours of Work:

  • Full-time, based on 40 hours per week.
  • Working 4 nights per week.
  • Shifts patterns will range between the hours of 5pm – 8am.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • A drivers licence is desirable.
