About the Restaurant role

  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
  • Serve guests breakfast, lunch, and dinner during their stay
  • Set up tables, clear, and re‑lay for the next service
  • Polish cutlery, crockery, and glasses, ensuring everything is kept clean and presentable at all times
  • Work in a fast‑paced and energetic role
  • Have strong Resort knowledge
  • Attend training sessions to ensure relevant knowledge of dietary and allergen requirements

You will take personal pride in:

  • Building a rapport with our guests and helping them to feel welcome and enjoy their stay
  • Working as a team to ensure guests receive exceptional service at each meal throughout their stay
  • Using attention to detail to keep your workstation clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • Attending all relevant training sessions so you can work to the best of your ability
  • Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you and treating colleagues with respect

Hours Of Work

40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (predominantly Monday to Friday) Breakfast: 8:00‑10:30, Lunch: 12:00‑2:30, Dinner: 6:00‑9:30

As this is a full‑time position, you must be at least 18 to apply.
